Covered walkway is being constructed to link with existing covered walkway

Heating duct work is completed and the exterior cladding has been installed on the new multipurpose room.

Work is underway on installing insulation and ceiling sheeting in the new building.

The installation of interior wall and ceiling sheeting has been completed, and the new multipurpose space is ready for painting. Tiling work is taking place in the new disabled toilets.

Joinery is being installed in the multipurpose space before it is painted. When finished, the area will contain a small kitchen.

Wide concrete steps, which can be used as an outdoor seating area, are being constructed at the front of the building. Old bitumen playground in front of the steps is being removed and will be replaced with new concrete. Internally, painting and tiling work is underway.

The building work has been completed, except for the finishing of some external paving.

The conversion of the old medical centre has been completed.The new multipurpose teaching space with wet area practical activities facilities, disabled access toilets and new covered walkways was handed over to the school on 21 July 2010.

The BER Recognition Ceremony to celebrate the completion of work at the school will be held on 3 December 2010.
