Refurbishment of the Learning Support Unit is complete. Hall works are in progress.

First stage of the hall refurbishment is nearing completion. Half of the wet area refurbishments are underway.

Hall works are continuing. The last of the craft/wet areas is almost completed.

Eight refurbished craft areas have now been completed and handed back to the school. The last of the craft/wet areas is almost completed. Stage 2 of the school hall refurbishment has begun. Stage One has been completed, allowing the school to use this end of the hall while work moves into the canteen end of the building.

The last wet craft areas have now been completed and have been handed back for use by the school.

Stage Two of the hall refurbishment is progressing with the installation of wooden accoustic ceiling panels. The next work will be the installation of vinyl floor sheeting to match up with the completed floor on the other side of the temporary dividing wall.

The temporary wall built as a divider during construction has been removed and vinyl flooring has been laid in the Stage Two end of the hall, carefully matched to the flooring already laid in Stage One. The hall refurbishment is almost complete, with a small amount of work remaining on a glazed wall at the end of the hall.

Work is currently in progress to replace the glazed wall at the end of the refurbished hall. This will complete all the work at the school.
- 15 Jul 2010 - Maribyrnong Primary P21
New carpet has been laid throughout the teaching areas and a corridor has been refloored and repainted. New concrete has replaced the cracked and lifted paving outside the hall, and the new hall doors have been installed and almost finished.

The work is very close to completion, with only some minor internal work to be finalised before the refurbished area is handed back to the school.

All work in the school hall has been completed, and the hall was handed back to the school on 30 July 2010. Only the finalisation of refurbishments to the disabled access toilets remains before work at the school is finished.

The works on the hall and major refurbishments were completed and handed over to the school on 3 August 2010. The BER Recognition Ceremony to celebrate the upgraded facilities will be held on 15 October 2010.
