Richardson Primary School P21 project - demolition work is in progress for the Library and classroom. Refurbishment of the North and Western toilets is in fitout phase.

New northern boys and girls toilets and disabled toilets completed.

New joinery has been installed in the Library office area. Carpet in Library has been laid.

Library - Joinery installed for computers and loans area. Balistrade and stair hand rails being installed, carpet has been laid, library mobile shelving has arrived. Data cabling being installed. Kakadu - preparation for steel works & construction of toilet walls in progress.

LIBRARY - All fixed shelving has been installed, Loan counter in progress of being installed, ducts painted. KAKADU Classrooms - Demolition is continuing, steel preparation installation underway, internal walls removed, and the toilet wall has been extended.

Insulation and electric/plumbing roughins and ceiling gyprock complete for Kakadu room. Walls under construction. Southern toilets demolition underway.

Joinery, plaster and painting complete to the Classroom's. Bubblers have been completed.

Demolition of southern toilets complete. Works in the Kakadu room is nearing completion. New walls installed for entry and dividing classroom hallway.
