Theodore Primary School P21 project - ground works have commenced on the New Environment building.One classroom refurbishment completed and the second classroom refurbishment has commenced

Slab for Multipurpose building poured.
- 09 Mar 2010 - Theodore Primary School P21
Frames erected for Multipurpose building. Retaining walls completed. Feature walls and block walls currently under constrction. Pier hols being dug for the external learning areas.
- 15 Mar 2010 - Theodore Primary School P21
Frame erected, Blockwork under construction, termite barrier ready to be installed. Retaining walls nearing completion.
- 19 Mar 2010 - Theodore Primary School P21
Brick veneer construction commenced - 'face bricks to eastern wall'. Door jams to be installed and blockwork finished.

Trusses and mesh on roof being installed.

Battoning for brick cladding has been completed, inside battons for ceiling are underway, facia and gutters have been installed, and the brickwork complete.

Eave sheeting installed. Internal ceiling grid completed.

Insulation installed to the Multipurpose building.

Doors for the new Environmental building have been installed and awaiting the glass. Gyprock and fibre cement nearing completion.The senior toilets have been demolished.
- 27 May 2010 - Theodore Primary Scjool P21
The footings have been poured for the planterbeds. The windows and gutters have been installed. The glazed doors have been hung for the Environmental building.
- 16 Jul 2010 - Theodore Primary School P21
The environmental gardens retaining wall completed. The rainwater tank stand is constructed. School boundary fence is nearing completion.
