19 Jun 2010 - The internal fit-out of the new building is proceding. Here, gas heating has been installed in the Shared Learning Area.
29 Jun 2010 - The exterior of the building with its coloured feature panels can be seen clearly for the first time now that the scaffolding has been taken down. The wide eaves are an environmental design feature that will shade the windows from high angle summer sun, while still letting sunlight into the building in winter. The external cladding has been completed.
26 Jul 2010 - Large, louvre-like sunshades have been installed to help cool the building in summer. While keeping out direct sunlight, they will still allow unimpeded natural ventilation.
26 Jul 2010 - Paving being constructed along the side of the new building.
26 Jul 2010 - This image shows the large roofed area, intended for multipurpose use, which connects to the indoor teaching area. The glass wall between the indoor and outdoor spaces can be opened completely out of the way.
