Building the Education Revolution Projects

Arawang Primary School received funding from the Australian Government to undertake the following infrastructure projects at the school:

1. National School Pride (NSP) Program – refurbishment of existing classrooms, including replacing carpets, painting, new joinery and replacing light fittings to meet current environmentally sustainable design standards at a cost of $150,000.

2. Primary Schools for the 21st Century (P21) Program – construction of a new $2.63 million multi-purpose building, including two new classrooms and a large shared learning area.

Internal blockwork complete, the isulation and windows instalation has commenced. External cladding has commenced to Multipurpose building and covered walkway.
