Charles Conder Primary P21 project - demolition work is in progress for the Multipurpose Hall

Work progressing well. The conrecte has been poured.

Demolition of Library works completed. COLA second coat of paint completed.

Scaffolding has been erected for end of roof support, concrete slab poured for new rain water tanks.

Electrical reconfiguration works to hall in ceiling brackets undertaken. Stage wall/ceiling frame being erected.

Stormwater drain being installed. Concrete to front entrance/storeroom & wet area complete. Recycled timber cladding on bulk head stage area currently being installed.

Structural steel framing nearing completion, timber framing construction commenced.

The final concrete slab has been poured, the canteen timber framing works nearing completion. Stage cladding is progressing well. The external brick work has commenced, the xisting hall ceiling insulation and painting is complete.

Wood pannelling completed in the front entry of the Hall. Toilet doors fitted.

Installation of roofing to the Multipurpose Hall in progress. The timber wall pannelling is complete in the front entry. The stairs to the stage area installed.

Installation of roofing to the extension of the Multipurpose building is complete. Timber wall pannelling is complete to the front stage. Construction of canteen awning is in progress
- 27 May 2010 - Charles Conder Primary School P21
Panelling for the stage is nearing completion. The Canteen awning has been installed. The internal bulkhead is being installed and the Acoustic ceiling installation is progressing, the internal wood panelling is being installed to the wall at rear end of the extension of the Multipurpose building.

The canteen island bench is installed, and the external shutters. Final sanding of internal cladding in progress. The Classroom conversion is progressing.
