COLA - Final post being painted with second coat of paint. Library - Stormwater replaced, currently stormwater manhole being built and downpipes back in place.

Library - Stormwater/sewer completed. Footings being dug.

Framing for the Library roof underway.
- 13 May 2010 - Gordon Primary School P21
The roof frame for the Library building is under construction, and the steel frame to the entrance is installed.
- 18 May 2010 - Gordon Primary School P21
Brickwork has commenced to the Library building. The roof trusses have been installed and the wall insulation is complete.
- 27 May 2010 - Gordon Primary School P21
Windows are being installed and the brickwork is nearing completion for the Library.

The resilient flooring is being laid in the extension of the library. The footing for the covered walkway around the hall are prepared for concrete. The Louvres have been installed in the Hall and the brickwork for the Green room and Gym store is completed.
