Monash Primary School P21 project - civil works and piers completed. Walls to foundation 80% completed.

Blockwork progressing and in some parts of the building has progressed above floor level.

Blockwork construction commenced.
- 12 Mar 2010 - Monash Primary School P21
Blockwork is being constructed and has been reinforced with concrete. Internal structural work is complete.

Block work is progressing well with reinforcement being added progressively. Electrical and data rough-in is progressing.

Electrical rough-in complete and rendering of the building is underway.

The reinforced concrete support across the face of the open area of the building is cured and formwork has been removed. The blockwork to the building has been constructed. Steel roofing trusses have been fitted in some parts of the building.

Reinforced blockwork is complete, and the Roof purlins are being installed for the new multipurpose building.

Roof purlins have been installed. In-ground electrical work and data work has been completed.

Cement rendering of the multipurpose building is progressing well.

External walls prepared for cement rendering.

The roof is fully installed and the greenboard has been fixed to the outside walls and inside cement rendering is nearing completion

Cement rendering of the inside of the building is complete.
- 15 Jul 2010 - Monash Primary School P21
All timber work to external walkway attached to buildings has been completed. Ceiling supports are being installed prior to the fittin of the ceiling.

Painting near completion, doors and ceiling installed, walkways enclosed, and paving completed.

A BER Recognition Ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Monash Primary P21 project will be held on 11 March 2011
