The exercise of teachers' professional judgement is at the heart and soul of the teaching and learning process. While the curriculum framework identifies learning that is essential for all ACT students, it gives teachers the professional freedom and responsibility to determine how best to organise that essential learning and to make adjustments to meet the particular needs of their students.
