About VEERA Online
(Vocational Education Enrolment and Reporting Application)ACT Training and Tertiary Education
VEERA is an web-based enrolment management and reporting system provided for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) by the ACT Department of Education and Training.
VEERA allows RTOs to manage their enrolment data, and enables TaTE to extract the data needed for AVETMISS reporting.
Payments for Priority Support Program (PSP) enrolments are handled automatically through VEERA.
It is NOT compulsory for all RTOs to use VEERA, however RTOs providing training through the PSP are required to use VEERA.
For RTOs providing training for Australian Apprenticeships, if the decision is made not to use VEERA, RTOs must ensure they use an AVETMISS compliant software system to complete annual AVETMISS reporting.
Those RTOs not using VEERA will require a password for RTO Online only, in order to nominate for training and monitor any Training Contracts on which they are named.
As VEERA is an online application, new users have immediate access as soon as we issue a login. No special software installation is required. VEERA can be accessed via any web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) on any operating system (e.g. Windows, Linux or Mac).
Cost: Please note that there is a one-off setup fee of $110. After that there are no further charges to use VEERA.
