Making Changes to Your Training Contract

Under the Training and Tertiary Education Act 2003 only the ACT Department of Education and Training is authorised to make changes or variations to the original content of an approved Training Contract.  The parties to the Training Contract, the employer and Australian Apprentice, must apply to the Department to make any changes or variations.  Application forms are available on the Department’s website and cover events such as:

An Application Form for one of the above situations must be downloaded from the Department’s website , filled in by the parties, and submitted to the Department for approval.  Details of where to submit the Application are on each form.  The Department will notify the parties when the change or variation has been approved and comes into effect.
