Australian Apprenticeships Centres are contracted by the Australian Government to provide free information and advice to employers, apprentices and trainees. For example, they:

• provide general information on Australian Apprenticeships and the range of qualifications available through Australian Apprenticeships
• provide information on registered training organisations (RTOs)
• assist the Australian Apprentice and employer to fill out and lodge the Training Contract
• help lodge claims for Australian Government incentives.
