User Choice

User Choice is a national funding policy for Australian Apprenticeships that promotes choice in how training services are provided to employers and Australian Apprentices. A key feature of User Choice is that it allows employers and Australian Apprentices to choose the training they need, when they need it and where they need it. Provision of training is a shared responsibility between the Australian Apprentice, employer, RTO and the Australian and ACT Governments.
